Westbrook Festival of Trees

It is early but I got a call from Paul Corbett who said he was preparing for another "Iron Man 8 day event" at the Westbrook Festival of Trees.  He did not call it that but that is what I consider it to be.  Paul wanted me to know the dates which I have updated in the Event Calendar.   They are Dec 4 to 11th,  The daily schedule will be updated later.  To see the Map &  Daily Schedules click here:

L.L. Bean Model Train Village Christmas 2022

 The Model Train Village has been part of the Northern Lights celebration at L.L. Bean for several years. The full program can be seen at the  Northern Lights Web Page .  Trains run 9am-9pm from November 15 through January 1. It is located in the Camping Department and can be seen from both inside and outside the store. Model Train Village and window to downtown Freeport It has three trains that run on timers along with lights, skating rinks, a model of the L.L. Bean Store in the 1930s-1940s, and a model of the Freeport Train Station which is now at Boothbay Railway Village. The Maine3Railers O-Gauge Model Railroad Club built and operates this layout.
