1:24 RC cars

I now have two cars, so they can race each other.  I have to figure out a good course.  I did pick up some inexpensive "guard rails" at Lowe's.  Enough to build a 20 ft long drag strip.  I have a grandson coming from Michigan next week and we will have fun with them.  Maybe I can incorporate one in the circus display, you know - jumping through the ring of fire. OK, I am only kidding, signing off.

 The Model Train Village has been part of the Northern Lights celebration at L.L. Bean for several years. The full program can be seen at the  Northern Lights Web Page .  Trains run 9am-9pm from November 15 through January 1. It is located in the Camping Department and can be seen from both inside and outside the store. Model Train Village and window to downtown Freeport It has three trains that run on timers along with lights, skating rinks, a model of the L.L. Bean Store in the 1930s-1940s, and a model of the Freeport Train Station which is now at Boothbay Railway Village. The Maine3Railers O-Gauge Model Railroad Club built and operates this layout.
