OPEN HOUSE Tomorrow

  Barry (our favorite Auctioneer) & Buckie say "Come on Up!""   We are ready to go.  Bring a chair and a pot luck dish if you can, but come anyway!  Barry said if you have a train that you would like to run you are encouraged to bring it along.  The weather is expected to be fine on Saturday, so we hope to see you in Athens, Maine about 11am.  The address is 193 Fox Hill Road.  See map to Athens: click here.

 The Model Train Village has been part of the Northern Lights celebration at L.L. Bean for several years. The full program can be seen at the  Northern Lights Web Page .  Trains run 9am-9pm from November 15 through January 1. It is located in the Camping Department and can be seen from both inside and outside the store. Model Train Village and window to downtown Freeport It has three trains that run on timers along with lights, skating rinks, a model of the L.L. Bean Store in the 1930s-1940s, and a model of the Freeport Train Station which is now at Boothbay Railway Village. The Maine3Railers O-Gauge Model Railroad Club built and operates this layout.
