Automated Billboard

Joe and Eddie our back to show you the scale on the automated Billboard I hope to bring in to the Mall display.  The idea is to give us a little publicity and provide some information about us.  With out us having to say anything except hand out an application form if anyone asks for one.   It plays a little slideshow that lasts about a minute.  You can also see it on the Home Page of our Web Site along with a new Form I added to collect a list of E-Mail addresses of people interested in following what we do.

L.L. Bean Model Train Village Christmas 2022

 The Model Train Village has been part of the Northern Lights celebration at L.L. Bean for several years. The full program can be seen at the  Northern Lights Web Page .  Trains run 9am-9pm from November 15 through January 1. It is located in the Camping Department and can be seen from both inside and outside the store. Model Train Village and window to downtown Freeport It has three trains that run on timers along with lights, skating rinks, a model of the L.L. Bean Store in the 1930s-1940s, and a model of the Freeport Train Station which is now at Boothbay Railway Village. The Maine3Railers O-Gauge Model Railroad Club built and operates this layout.
