What are you?

 Here is an easy way to remember HOW to find our web site/blog any time, any where. You might be at a strange computer in another State.  As long as you have access to Google and you remember the answer to one question: What are you?    The answer:  MGRS member.  It does not matter how you type it.  Lower case, Upper case,  Mixed, One word, Two words. It makes no difference, Google will take you right to the top of our Blog and Web Site.  Try it!

L.L. Bean Model Train Village Christmas 2022

 The Model Train Village has been part of the Northern Lights celebration at L.L. Bean for several years. The full program can be seen at the  Northern Lights Web Page .  Trains run 9am-9pm from November 15 through January 1. It is located in the Camping Department and can be seen from both inside and outside the store. Model Train Village and window to downtown Freeport It has three trains that run on timers along with lights, skating rinks, a model of the L.L. Bean Store in the 1930s-1940s, and a model of the Freeport Train Station which is now at Boothbay Railway Village. The Maine3Railers O-Gauge Model Railroad Club built and operates this layout.
