A new video from Eric.

  Eric is getting good!  He come's up with something new each time he creates a video.  I can see he is about to launch a career as a movie maker.    As Eric said " I had a good run today on the Winnegance and Quebec.  As I do, I made another little video of the run: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JBZZdrjIO1I


We had a nice fall day which made for good steam scenery.  Keep an eye out for the moose along the trackside!"

 The Model Train Village has been part of the Northern Lights celebration at L.L. Bean for several years. The full program can be seen at the  Northern Lights Web Page .  Trains run 9am-9pm from November 15 through January 1. It is located in the Camping Department and can be seen from both inside and outside the store. Model Train Village and window to downtown Freeport It has three trains that run on timers along with lights, skating rinks, a model of the L.L. Bean Store in the 1930s-1940s, and a model of the Freeport Train Station which is now at Boothbay Railway Village. The Maine3Railers O-Gauge Model Railroad Club built and operates this layout.
