Huntington Place still plans to visit MGRS today.

Carl just received  a call at 8:45am.  They are still planning to come over.  Similar to last time, they expect the sun to come out for their picnic time.



FOLLOW-UP

Guess what . . The sun did come out and so did Carl!  He looked good and was up and about quite a bit of the time.  



Below is a short video of one of the trains that was running.  It is the latest engine from PIKO an 0-6-0 Canadian National that Tiny brought with him.  It runs real nice and it also has great sound.

L.L. Bean Model Train Village Christmas 2022

 The Model Train Village has been part of the Northern Lights celebration at L.L. Bean for several years. The full program can be seen at the  Northern Lights Web Page .  Trains run 9am-9pm from November 15 through January 1. It is located in the Camping Department and can be seen from both inside and outside the store. Model Train Village and window to downtown Freeport It has three trains that run on timers along with lights, skating rinks, a model of the L.L. Bean Store in the 1930s-1940s, and a model of the Freeport Train Station which is now at Boothbay Railway Village. The Maine3Railers O-Gauge Model Railroad Club built and operates this layout.
